This event has already occurred
It's that time of the year - the air is crisp, T's and snapbacks are being replaced by boots and scarves, and leaves are turning the colour of pumpkin spice lattes and covering the ground!
On Saturday November 5th we get to serve our community by doing a
Rake & Run youth event!
It's exactly what it sounds like... we'll find a neighbourhood close to the church and rake people's leaves off their lawn and run off to the next yard to rake their leaves! In the past, homeowners have come out as we are raking their leaves and ask what we're doing. This opens the door for us to let them know we are a youth group from Richmond Alliance Church and this is just one way we are able to serve our community. Generally they are a little baffled but very thankful! So, here's what you need to know...
WHAT: Rake & Run!!!
WHEN: Saturday November 5th
1:00 - 4:30
WHERE: Drop off and Pick up at Richmond Alliance Church
OTHER: Come dressed for the weather and the event. Boots and gardening gloves come in very handy! If you have a rake, please bring it with your name labelled on it :)
